New to CrossFit Hawthorn East? Start here. For $99, you get three weeks of unlimited classes and a start that’s matched to you — so you train safely, learn properly, and actually enjoy it from session one.

The 21-Day Kickstart is reserved for people who live or work nearby and are genuinely keen to train with us long term. If that’s you, we’d love to have you. If you’re just visiting Melbourne, drop us a line and we’ll sort out a casual drop-in instead.
How it works
When you come in for your first session, a coach gets to know you and watches how you move, then sets you up on the right path. Done CrossFit before? You might be good to jump straight into classes. Newer to it, or coming back after a long break? No stress — that’s most people. We’ll add a few 1:1 onramp sessions to get you moving well, understanding how a class flows, and feeling confident from day one. They’re a little extra on top of the $99, but they’re genuinely what sets you up to succeed instead of being thrown in the deep end.

Come to 5 classes across your 21 days, and if it’s not for you, we’ll refund your $99. And if you decide to join, that $99 comes straight off your first month — so it’s effectively free when you commit.
